El Cartoon Issue #5 features “The Puppy and the Piñata,” a story based on the comics and characters of “Always With Kuko”–an educational comics series about a boy and his dog that teaches children about health. El Cartoon is a bilingual, monthly publication by Valcon Comics, proudly published in the U.S.-Mexico Border Town of El Paso, Texas. We distribute on both sides of the border, in the U.S. and Mexico. Our comics are created in English and Spanish.
